Pricing & minutes: what fonea costs

fonea is deliberately simple to budget for: one monthly price, an included talk-time allowance, cancel any month. Here you'll find what's included, what counts as a minute and what happens if you use more.

In short: The Basic plan costs 90 per month — £90 in the UK, €90 in the euro area, $90 in the US — and includes 120 minutes of AI talk time. Cancel monthly, no minimum term. There is no hard minute cap that cuts calls off abruptly — if you regularly need more, we'll get in touch and discuss the right plan with you.

What the Basic plan includes

  • £90 / €90 per month
  • 120 minutes of AI talk time per month
  • All core features: call answering, messages, email summary, transcript and recording

What do 120 minutes mean? Only your assistant's actual conversation time is counted. That's roughly 120 short calls of one minute each, or about 40 calls of three minutes each per month — depending on how long your calls typically are.

What counts as a minute

What's counted is the actual conversation time of real, answered calls. Test calls and demo calls don't count towards your minutes. Only the time your assistant genuinely spends talking to callers goes against your allowance.

If you need more than 120 minutes

There is no automatic cut-off that blocks calls mid-month. If your volume regularly exceeds the included 120 minutes, we'll see that and get in touch with you — then we'll discuss together whether a larger plan makes sense. You stay reachable and there are no nasty surprises.

Contract and cancellation

  • Cancel monthly. You can end fonea any month.
  • No minimum term. No annual commitment.
  • No refunds. Amounts already paid are not refunded — not even pro rata.

No. Amounts already paid are not refunded, not even pro rata for the current month. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Can I switch to a larger plan at any time?

Yes. Contact us, or wait until we reach out when your volume grows — you can switch at any time.
